4 week powerlifting cycle

This training program is specifically for Powerlifting. Athletes can expect to squat, deadlift and bench press. There are no snatches or clean and jerks during this program. This program utilizes the RPE training system and has an explanation of how to use the RPE training system.

This program is a high volume/ low intensity training cycle that was written for IAW Athlete Brandon Holmes. He is a weightlifter but decided to try a powerlifting competition. So out of the 10 weeks leading up to the powerlifting competition, this program is the first weeks of his total training cycle.
