master’s 10 week training cycle

This is a 10 week Olympic Weightlifting Cycle designed for a Master’s athlete. This training cycle uses the “RPE” system. This is to encourage the athlete to have autonomy with their programming, having more freedom in adjusting the program to how they feel. There is a breakdown of the program and how the RPE system is used.
