IAW Master’s program

4 week master’s training program

This is the Master’s Program that the IAW athletes are using. Feel free to download the program and follow along (for free) and all I ask is that you tag us in your post! If you are wondering if there is anything attached to this program being free, there isn’t. I just wanted to put it out there for people to use.


The IAW approach is simple. We work on what we need to work with a calculated approach to volume and intensity that best fits your busy lifestyle. What you will find is that training doesn’t have to be an onslaught of exercises that demand you to be obliterated after training. In fact, effective training for an everyday adult is the complete opposite of that - which is the way we train.


By no means is the training easy. In fact, because of its simplicity you are expected to never miss and make continuous progress.

PS : Do not sell this program and pond it off as your own. If you’re doing that then you are missing out on the most valuable lesson about weightlifting - the experimentation. How could you ever find your own way of doing something if you are copying others? That’s not only poor character but a piss poor attitude - which is probably why you will never achieve anything IN weightlifting. Remember, how you do one thing is how you do all things. Taking shortcuts now will show up some time in the future.
