5 day training program

Aloha,

First and foremost , I wanted to thank you for downloading our 5 day team program. When I was designing this program I was thinking about the long term approach. So if you find the program to be “a lot” , that’s the purpose. I wanted the athletes to be exposed to a large amount of training volume at lower percentages to build the foundation I believe any athlete needs to get stronger. This is going to be a 16 week training cycle and I will be posting every 4 week cycle here - for free.

If you decide to follow along - please post your lifts on IG and tag us! I would love to see your progress and even give you some feedback when I have time!
